Hello! My name is Brooke Downing.

I am 21 years old and a local to Waitsfield, VT. I started making bagels during the pandemic, and I enjoyed it way too much! I would be making crazy amounts of bagels, and eventually my neighbors caught on. I started selling them to my community and had many requests to open a shop. As soon as I graduated high school, I started to make this dream a reality. We are now over a year into the making of a successful bagel shop, thanks to my family and friends who have been such an incredible help.
